In October of 1948, Kukla, Fran and Ollie began sending out free newsletters to viewers who sent in a request.  The "Courier" began as a 4-pager and increased to 8 pages in 1949, adding a centerfold of pictures.  When the mailing list topped 200,000 in 1950, it was replaced by the book-length Yearbook.  Here are all 9 Couriers - thanks for finding the last two, Leslie!
